The Problem

The film industry is under constant threat from the increase of illegal copies of newly released films, being copied in the auditorium and distributed over the Internet and by DVD. According to the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) this is costing the industry around 3 billion dollars a year.

The Anti-Pirate Device      (Part Of The M.A.P System)
T.A.L.I.S International has developed a highly sophisticated space age method of corrupting the images recorded by a camcorder from a conventional cinema screen.

The Result
The Anti-Pirate Device (that is one part of the MAP System) will distort the image in such a way, that the recordings taken in the auditorium would be of such poor resolution that they would be un-usable and worthless to a potential pirate.

The Format
The M.A.P System is not dependent on any one format, it works on conventional 35mm film and digital projectors.

The Conclusion
If you add some of the pictures on the right of this page together, and then add one pirate, you end up with an almost perfect copy of a newly released movie. The only way to prevent this is to protect the cinema with our new M.A.P System
